Phased conservation works to windows and guttering, damp-proofing and associated timber repairs for community sector client.

The building is a protected structure and works were undertaken on an annual phased basis with funds raised by the local community and the assistance of the DoEH&LG Conservation Grant Scheme administered by Donegal County Council.
